Item Transaction information in OTBI

Hello, is it possible to generate a report in OTBI that includes the following details for each item: item number, item description, item status, and whether it has any open transactions? Additionally, I need the report to capture the type of transaction associated with the item (e.g., Purchase Order, Sales Order, etc.), the transaction number, quantity, source organization, destination organization, and transaction date.
