Geocode error for user entered city and postal code

Summary: Not able to add location with user entered city and zip code combination

I added a city and zip code to an existing county. When I tried to add a location with this new city and zip code combination, I am getting geocode error -

 

The geocode identifier is missing for the home or work address. Check that a geocode identifier is available for this location. (HRX-1560253)
The regional component creation couldn't be completed.

. Do I need to do anything else after adding city and Zip code? I did not find any documentation on this.
