Cycle Count by Item: End SKU count with no entry failure

When completing a Cycle Count by Item for an Active Location, if I cannot find an item, meaning I have nothing to scan, I will get an error when attempting to close the count. I don't get this error if I perform a Cycle Count by Location (all items in the locator).

Task Type = CC Location by Item (where I define the item)

Task Type points to a currently setup screen with the following parameters:

deferred-approval-mode = manual

update-locn-invn-mode = All Items

If I attempt to complete a task with no scan of the item (this scenario is that no item is found in that locator) and "End SKU count", I get the following error
