Assigned to field not populating on landing pages

Assigned to field is not populating any names on landing pages. Assigned To does show on the Details page and the Edit page but it is not pulling over to the Agents Assigned to me landing page, or the overall landing page for Agents.

We have tried using the steps from the below document but still the issue remains same.
