Mark a learner as Not Passed and Incomplete on ILT

Summary:

We are wondering if anyone has found a workaround for marking learners as "Not Passed" on a course and Not Complete. As it works now, when we have learners who did not pass an ILT course, we mark them as "Not Passed" and the system still requires us to enter a completion date. From the learner view, the course will show as "Completed, Not Passed" and their transcript shows as "Completed" on date they took the course. We do not want this course showing as complete, when they have not passed the course and will be required
