Unable to populate results in Position Detail

Trying to created a custom role to only access to view position details but unable to pull anything in the search.

The custom role has access to View Positions role. Ran the Regenerate Data Security Grants process. When I log in with the custom role I am able to navigate to the Positions Search Page (My Client Group > Workforce Structures> Position) but when I try to search for an existing position I get the message "We couldn't find any matching positions.

If I log in with an Oracle seeded role such as Human Resource Analyst and search for the same position, the search populates.
