Adding multiple tiles under one tile in Me tab

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a tile "Travel Services". Inside which we will have 3 tiles (Travel Request, Accommodation, Transportation). Each of these 3 tile is a Document of Record (DOR).

I tried it using Structures in Sandbox and was able to create 3 different tile each linked to its DOR form but unable to add those tile under single tile "Travel Services".

Can someone please help me with this requirement.
