Summary:

Our company is implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud this year. After we go live, should we expect that our Career Site will be inaccessible during every quarterly update for Production (or any other Production downtime, planned or unplanned)?

There was previously a question posted about this, but the post is dated and we're seeking current information.
