Item Structure Type Details - Structure name as ID's

Summary:

We are integrating Fusion with Legacy for our client. Item structure is made in legacy and imported to Fusion.
The Legacy system cannot generate Structure Names (like Primary/Alternate etc) but instead it generates id's that it will send over to Fusion.
So Item A (FG item) will have BOM001, BOM002, BOM003 id generated and sent to Fusion.
We are wanting to know what would be the downstream impacts on Fusion in this regard if we are to have Structure Names like these?
