Not able to update the employee data

Hello All,

When I am trying to upload the employee assignment using HDL, then system throwing an error.

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-27101: Attempt to access dead entity in PayrollUsageDEO, key=oracle.jbo.Key[300000085121805 2020-01-14 4712-12-31]

Please suggest, should I missing something.
