Cannot switch environment of Workspace

In efforts of addressing the issue mentioned by Murtaza that REST calls against FA failing due to authorization (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/847756/switching-environment-for-redwood-personalization#latest),

We try to switch to Environment with oAuth connection. However, after setting up environment connection successfully, Environment LOV in Workspace → switch environment does not show any:

Is this expected? Any ideas what is the reason?
