Is there a way to be notified if someone rejects a calendar invite for a learning offering?

We have Outlook integrator set up for when people enroll in a class. This means they get the automatic calendar invites to their calendar when they enroll in a class. However, what is happening now, is they think that if they can no longer attend, they can just reject the calendar invite. Is there a way for me (or the learning coordinator for the offering) to be notified when someone rejects the calendar invite?
