Requisition FBDI Import error: The value of the attribute Source Agreement Line isn't valid

Summary:

Trying to import requisition through FBDI is failing with error, although a valid source agreement is available. We have an active agreement line for an Item which expires in 2 days e.g. for Item A the BPA Line expiration date is on 28'Feb and we are trying to import the agreement on 26'Feb. Since the BPA for the item is active the Requisition should get imported. When the BPA line expiration date is extended by one day to 01'Mar the same load gets imported successfully.

Observations and questions as below:

  1. Looks like this is due to requested delivery date being after the expiration date. Does system validate the requested delivery date during import? or Could there be any other reason?
