Evalaution of the training efficiency to be done after the training was completed.
Summary:
Following Legal recquirement of automotive clients (and to answer IATF audit), we need an evalaution of the training efficiency that should be done by Line manager or other person after completion of the training. The traget is to check if the training had an impact of the efficency of the Learner. We can use a standard questionnaire (5-6 questions) for this evaluation.
Important point: depending on the training domain (technical of soft skills…) this evaluation needs to be done one day or few weeks/months after completion date.
Expected process:
- trainng activites
- satisfaction evaluation - done by Learner immediatelly after the training
