How to update Used balance in qualification plan based on the applied leave in a No-Entitlement plan

The sick leave absence plan entitlements are determined using an entitlement formula.

We have used Fast Formulas (FFs) to return values: BANDPAYFACTOR and BANDENTITLEMENT, and they are working as expected.

We successfully linked the Sick Leave Probation (No Entitlement Plan) with the Sick Leave Plan (Qualification Plan) using this FF. However, the used and remaining balance columns are not getting updated based on the Sick Leave Probation absences applied.

• An employee applied for 2 days of Sick Leave - Probation during their probation period.
