Multiple Lines for Products in Redwood Product Management Search page
Hi All,
We are experiencing an issue in the Redwood Product Management search page in EGVH-TEST where the same product appears in multiple lines (2, 3, or even 4 lines), whereas in the old "Browse Items" page, the product displays correctly in a single line.
This issue is specific to one organization, while other organizations are functioning normally. Notably, the affected organization was created after the Redwood enablement in the test instance.
- Why this duplication is happening in the Redwood search page?
- How we can resolve this issue?
- Any recommendations to prevent this from occurring in the future?
