In Learn how do you add courses to the list in Prerequisites?

In Metis 24D (moving to 25A) we have a request to add Learn Courses to the list in pre-requisites.

Go to My Client Groups – Profiles – Profile Types – Prerequisite – Course Completions the label 'Degree' is displayed.

And then My Client Groups - Learning – search for course – Skills and Qualifications – Manage – What are the prerequisites – Add – Course Completions – Displays ‘Degree’ (from profile types) and then a list of entries already populated.

They want the new courses added to this list of entries. What LOV does this relate to?
