How can we create an ETEXT template with ANSI as the Output Character Set

Hello,

We have an ETEXT template for our Payment File. We have used UTF-8 initially as the Output Character Set, however the bank required that it should be ANSI.

When we tried putting ANSI, the payment process has been stuck. It couldn't format the output file.

Kindly advise.
