elements in HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F

Hello, we have worked with HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F to extract the elements in the Oracle organization structure. After implementing the parent and child relations SQL we could identify the majority of the elements in the table (e.i department, BU, region, etc). We have 40 unidentified elements left. Question - how we can identify these elements? All we have is the element name and the organization ID.
