Deep Link Help Desk
Can anyone confirm whether or not it is possible to put a deep link in a Redwood HelpDesk email notification? A link that will take them right to the SR that they are being notified about? Where can I find the link and how do I configure it into my notifications? I think the Deep Links in HCM currently(Navigator—>Tools—>Deep Links) are for the Service Request Classic UI, not Redwood.
