Custom Learning HR Role
Hello everyone,
the client requested the creation of a custom HR role that does not have to:
- create courses;
- create offers;
- create activities;
- edit courses, offers, and activities;
- assign courses and offers.
While it must be able to censor course completion (change course/offer status).
I created a custom role, copying the Learning Specialist role, and removing the following roles from "Role Hierarchy":
Manage All Learning Catalog Items
Manage eLearning Content
Learning Catalog Management
Manage Catalog Learning Courses
Manage Learning User Groups
Manage Recommendation Profiles by Administrator
Manage Global Access Groups
Manage All Learning User Groups
Manage Catalog Learning Offerings
