Subscription Contract is not recognizing Revenue in RMCS

Summary:


We have an active subscription with the Recurring charge Item and interfaced into RMCS.
The POB rule picked up with SM# Required completely , however we have another POB rule allow partial is not picked.
RMCS Contract generated satisfaction events But Satisfaction Status# Not Started.
This resulting no Revenue Recognition.
May I know how system automatically pick up the POB rule and generate the Rev?

Please note we are using new POB rules with out of box Source document Type as ## Oracle Subscription Management whose SMM is Period by default.
