How to add new item locator using visual builder excel

Summary:

We create a visual builder excel template to add the item locator in inventory management. When we need to add item locator. We need to give the locator ID instead of locator name. My question is how we can define LOV of locator name and derive the locator id using LOV of locator name. I check the document and it looks like it can be configured. However, I try to setup the LOV and it is not working. Is anyone can help?
