Unable to change deliver to location at purchase order line level as it is grayed out

Summary:

HI Team,

There is a business requirement to change deliver to location for few purchase order lines, but we are not able to edit the deliver to location at line level. Note: Purchase order is in the status of ordered, received, invoiced.

Is it possible to change deliver to location for few purchase order lines from UI or back end ?
