unable to upload Purchase Requisition line levels

Summary:

we were trying to upload Purchase Requisition Line level and Distribution using Exisiting Header value using Visual Builder Add-in for Excel.

But getting error in

Lines :  Source Organization cannot be updated 

Distributions : Unable to find a unique parent. No parent rows match the ancestor column values in this row. Please review and adjust the values in the ancestor columns. (VBAFE-01017)
