Take Action On others Flows

Summary: We are updating security roles in order to allow others to take action on a scheduled or submitted flow, that has been submitted by others. We currently have Payroll Administrator access that includes the aggregate role: View Flows however we are still not able to see any actions on others' flows.

Does anyone have any insight on the role required for others to take actions (view flow, cancel flow, roll back flow)?
