Access and Maintenance of Person Extra Information for Contacts in Redwood

Summary:

In our current system, we leverage the Person Extra Information section within Person Management to store key information for both employees and their spouses. While the Responsive interface allowed us to view Additional Person Informationfor employees, it did not support visibility for spouses. As a result, we have continued to rely on Person Management for this purpose.

With the upcoming transition to Redwood, we would like to understand how to:

• Access extensible flexfield data for contacts, including spouses
• Maintain and update this information
• Ensure that this data remains visible only to administrators, without access for employees

This functionality is critical for us, as the data stored is sensitive and strictly for administrative use.
