Restrict new positions to over 18s only for legal reasons
Summary:
Age Restricted Roles for new positions -
We have a need to restrict a few positions from candidates who are under 18.
Our solution is to use an initial grade step for these age restricted roles called ‘U18 Restricted Position’ that is automatically applied on hire.
Once the system identifies this grade in the Assignment Page and calculates from the DoB that the candidate has an age of less than 18, it should raises an error message preventing progress of the transaction.
The issue we are having is -
- The validation rules are not recognizing the correct LoV field value selected for the field 'Step'.
