Error when editing Requisitions from interface in Redwood

Interfaced requisitions are erroring when we try to edit them

We are testing Redwood with our interface for requisitions. One of our testing scenarios is to update the req once it is in Oracle.

When we tried to edit the order in oracle. and received the following error.

LineNumber 1: You don't have the required permission to set the ItemUserOverrideFlag attribute to Y. (POR-2011263)

This is commonly done in Classic SSP for our users in Fleet.

I did see a question form APR of 2024. is this the same issue and I can follow the direction given
