May I ask what does the line "Contains previously approved lines" mean when an user receive a FYI notification from a duly approved new PR?

Please refer to my screenshot below, that in this xxx14PR, there are 3 lines which were newly created in that PR.

As the user being forwarded with this info by FYI scheme, what does the information line mean?

What should the FYI-ed user take note of from this info?
