ORC Redwood - Job Requisition Creation Options shows LOVs that are not included in the Privilege

Summary:

We are in Redwood 25A - We have an existing custom manager role that only has the following privileges when creating a requisition:

This limits Creation LOVs of Hiring Manager when submitting a requisition. This works well in RUI.

But in Redwood, it does not follow the Privileges given, they can see other creation options that they do not have a privilege on.

How do we disable other Creation options that are not part of the Privilege in Redwood?
