How to Update Stages in Pipeline via Load

We have Pipelines in Oracle Cloud Planning that easily can have a dozen stages where the same substitution variable is used between running business rules. Is there a way to upload an Excel file to automatically update the Pipeline's substitution variables so we are not manually spending 30 minutes each time to update our Pipeline?
