Unable to join the VILT course activity with Virtual Classroom Type - Named virtual classroom

Summary:

Dear Experts,

We are in the middle of MS Teams integration and stucked when we select Virtual Classroom Type - Named virtual classroom. We are unable to start the meeting since it shows - The organizer will let you in when the meeting starts.

I have checked from both the logins - Learning specialist and instructor, from both side I was not able to start the meeting.

As per the documentation the instructors starts the meeting, however it showed - The organizer will let you in when the meeting starts. Please let me know how does the organizer starts the meaeting? Please advice with the steps.
