Needs to Disable password reset email option in Oracle iSupplier user

Summary:

Hello,

During creation of iSupplier contact/user we need to put supplier email ID and Oracle system sends password reset link for the iSupplier user to the email address. But in our case ,external Supplier will be setup in Okta, Okta will send an email with a secure link to enroll, where the user will setup their password and enroll in MFA. Is there any to stop the oracle system generated password reset emails to external vendors? Or any other way to handle this?
