Unable to access Configure Views task in Product Hub & Product Development
The default view for PIM & PD work area Browse items/manage items Search results for all the users keep showing the results with columns that are not important for our business. and each time the user has to add/remove columns from the results grid. The problem is that the grid changes back to show original columns from the default view when the Browse/Manage item screen is opened again and add/remove columns has to be done again.
This adds lot of unnecessary steps for analyzing item search results. We want to create a new view as per the directions in the below Oracle note , but we are unable to see the Configure Views task.
