Data Migration of Item with Description Generated from Rules with Translatable EFF

Summary:

I have setup the item description rule to generate the item description from some EFF fields and the EFF are all translatable with English and Chinese values.

While I can use the FBDI template to populate the EFFs and the system also generates the English Item Description without issue. The Chinese values of the EFFs are also migrated without issues. The system did not automatically generate the item description in Chinese unless I go to the item master in Chinese UI and save the item one-by-one.

We have more than 30K items and I cannot go manually generate the Chinese Description one-by-one. Is there any way for me mass refresh the Chinese description based on the item rule?Thanks.
