Transaction Flows are not visible under "New person" dashboard in Redwood

Summary:

Earlier in RUI we had "Hire an employee", "Add a contingent worker", "Add a Non-worker" flows under "New Person" Dashboard. We have enabled redwood versions of these flows. However,they are not housed under "New Person" Dashboard anymore.

Should we access them only through quick actions under "My client groups" in Redwood?
