Position counter not working as expected

Summary:

We have enabled Position counter for creating positions (New feature 25 A). This enables us to auto generate position code while creating positions. But while using duplicate functionality, the duplicate position inherits the position number of the original position

Example : Created a Position - Area Manager (Pos Name) -100010 (Auto generated code)

Duplicate Position - Area Manager (Position) - 100010(same number as above ). expected the number to increment by 1, ie 100011.
