We checked the below as well -
- Compare templates: Dev instance got refreshed from Prod just two weeks back and when tested in Dev this is working fine.
- Check recent changes: NO
- Whitelist the sender domain: Ask your IT team to whitelist "workflow.mail.ap2.cloud.oracle.com" to ensure emails are properly received
We asked the customer IT Team to verify if the "workflow.mail.ap2.cloud.oracle.com" is whitelisted and it is.
