Can you change the name and colour of the statuses in RSSP?

Summary:

On 'My Requisitions', currently the status colours of 'approved', 'ordered', 'billed' and 'delivered' are all the same, can these be altered by ourselves for better clarification?

Or can the names of these be altered by ourselves, for example we could add maybe 'needs receipting' if item has been invoiced or not receipted, and for some orders 'open' is a better status than 'ordered', so we could have both on that?

Finally is there a place that has all the new statuses we can have now?
