Is it Possible to have 2 Different Working Hours for a Legal Employer & both would equate to 1 FTE?
There are three sets of employees (all will be hired/assigned to EU Legal Employer)
- Current ABC employees who work on 37.5 hours a week.
- XYZ employees who work on 40 hours a week.
- XYZ employees who work 45 hours a week.
Note:
ABC employees - existing employees
XYZ employees - incoming employees that we're about to hire ( company acquisition)
—-The current standard hours for ABC employees is set to 37.5 hours.
That means when XYZ employees are imported into Oracle the FTE for XYZ employees will be more than 1 (40/37.5 and 45/37.5).
Now the proposal is updating the standard hours to 40 as employees who works on 40 hrs are more than who work 45 or 37.5
