Why would the manager Touchpoints page not load?

Navigation: My Team > Touchpoints

Our line manager role has the following roles and privileges but the page still doesn't load:

  • ORA_HRE_ACCESS_TOUCHPOINTS_BY_MANAGER
  • CEL_ACCESS_MANAGER_DASHBOARD_PRIV
  • CEL_AWARD_PEOPLE
