update record in egp_components_b table

We uploaded BOM structure in Fusion. It has Top model, under top-model, it has Option class and components are there under the Option-class. It was done via Item Import FBDI: ItemImportTemplate

BOM records hits egp_components_b table. The "effectivity_date" field in this table, I need to update.

Could you please suggest if there is any RESTapi endpoint or SOAP webservice available?

Via FBDI, this update won't possible.
