Why is location not showing on Change Assignment Redwood UI?

Here is a screenshot side by side for the same environment (25A), same employee, same change assignment screen (Redwood vs Responsive).

There are no business rules enabled for Redwood, but for some reason the Location field is blank for Redwood but works for responsive. I have also tried enabling business rules to make the field editable and still the field shows empty.

Redwood screens continue to be ridden with bugs and I'm hoping someone from Oracle can confirm when these bugs are going to get resolved.

It's also important to call out that many Redwood screens are far slower than the Responsive UI.
