Need an option to ZIP the PDF files generated from BIP Jobs on Fusion platform before sending them out to AWS. We need to merge the files for performance purposes.

JPMC runs hundreds of BIP reports a day which they output onto PDF and sends across to AWS platform. We have the below issue with this.

-SFTP system charge per file for transfer.

-File transfer from Oracle to AWS via SFTP takes longer time due to limited thread .
