The changes saved in "configure requisitioning business function" are not reflecting

Summary: Initially "Create orders immediately after requisition import" was disabled. We have enabled it and saved changes. After creating a requisition and it is in approved status, it is not visible in "Process Requisitions" page, unless "generate orders" is run manually
