How can I terminate a person who has a future hire date and a future termination date?

Hi,

At the moment, I’m getting this error:

„Future Hire Termination Transaction is Failing With Supervisor Hierarchy Issue (Doc ID 2910254.1)”

How can I configure an approval rule that I do not have to use the bypass approval. (Without People Lead= Line Manager)
