Compliance Course Reoccurring help
Summary:
I’m reaching out for some guidance regarding a recent issue we've encountered with our Compliance courses in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
We recently moved to Oracle in Feb 2024.
Last year, we set up our Compliance training using the recurring course feature and assigned it out by setting up 2 Learning Initiatives one for current employees and one that runs everyday to pick up new hires but unfortunately, I believe that the setup was incorrect. Specifically:
- The expiration date was not aligned with our annual Compliance calendar (we get this in the beginning of every current year) and compliance does not keep the same
