Skip first row Data Exchange

Hi,

I have skipped my first row with a mapping. But I want to know how in Data Exchange you can accomplish this without a mapping? I vaguely remember in old FDMME this was possible. One would think there is a simple flag somewhere to skip first row? Figured I would ask here as I'm sick of searching for this in Data Exchange. Maybe I need to be more patient :)
