Unable to perform Intercompany transfer

We are facing an issue while performing an Intercompany Transfer. Previously, the assignment was in a suspended state, but it was later manually activated as per the admin's request. However, even after activation, the system is still not allowing the Intercompany Transfer, and an error persists.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue/error before? Any insights or suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
